The short version: we don't want your data, we don't ask for an account, and your filing status, income, home value, and spending estimates never leave your device. Use this tool like you would a paper worksheet.
What we don't collect

- If you choose, we save your inputs to your browser's
localStorageon this device only. It stays there until you clear it. We never see it. - We don't sell, share, or rent any user data — we don't have any to sell.
What we do collect
Anonymous usage analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first tool that measures aggregate traffic and performance (page views, browser type, country from IP — not stored). It sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and doesn't track you across sites. Because it's cookieless it runs for all visitors and needs no consent — it isn't tied to the Analytics cookie toggle.
Advertising
This site is free because it's supported by display advertising. Our advertising partners may set their own cookies to serve relevant ads and measure performance.
We explicitly do not share any financial information you enter — income, home value, retirement balances, spending — with any advertising or analytics partner. The calculation happens in your browser; nothing leaves it.
EU, UK, and Switzerland visitors see a consent prompt before any non-essential (advertising) cookies are set. You can opt out of personalized advertising via aboutads.info or your browser's privacy controls. You can review or change your cookie choices at any time — .
California residents
